Hassle Free Returns

*We currently only offer free returns on domestic orders. International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, minus shipping charges. Returns must be unworn and include original packaging and tags.*

We hope you never have to send anything back, but just in case something goes wrong, here’s our hassle free return policy..

#1. Our policy lasts 30 days for applicable items. All sale items and promotions are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

#2. To be eligible for a return,  Items must be in brand new condition with the tags still attached in original package.

***At this time Puerto Rico orders are not provided with a pre-paid return label and are required to send it back on your own.****

To start a return, just enter your email and order ID below.  You then will be given the option to generate your own label (in the USA). Simple instructions and all needed paperwork is provided right away.  You are kept informed of return status throughout the easy process. 

Bear in mind that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds?
If you feel a refund has been delayed, your first step should be to check your bank account or Paypal account again. If you paid via a credit card rather than Paypal you should contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@mauiandsons.com, and a member of our team will investigate for you.

We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery, please use the form above and select the exchange option.

Enclose a copy of the shipping invoice with the parcel, and we will either refund you that amount of money from the original transaction (if you are exchanging an item), or reimburse that amount on top of the refund (if you are returning an item).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use an untracked and untraceable service.
