SHIPPING + PROCESSING
Domestic US Shipping — At Maui and Sons, we realize how important fast shipment is for you. We process and ship your order within the first 24 hours (business days) that it is received. If an orders is received before 2:30 Pacific time, it will ship the same business day. You will be contacted if there is an exception or any pending questions regarding your order.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your orders ships. You will be able to easily view the progress of your shipment through provided links.
All orders (apparel only) for $50 USD or more shipping to USA addresses ship for free. Please note: Straw hats and skateboards are excluded from this offer.
For domestic orders under $50, we charge a flat fee of $6.99 for standard shipping and $10.99 for expedited shipping.
Global Shipping — We currently offer global shipping to all countries (with the exception of Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.)
Standard/Ground Order Processing — Allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and USA federal holidays) for shipping and handling before the order is shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer free returns or exchanges for domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.
We hope you never have to send anything back, but just in case something goes wrong, here’s our hassle free return policy..
#1. Our policy lasts 30 days for applicable items. All sale items and promotions are final sale, unless otherwise stated.
#2. To be eligible for a return, Items must be in brand new condition with the tags still attached in original package.
International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, minus shipping charges. Returns must be unworn and include original packaging and tags.
